EVO Collapsible Guardrail

Evorail™ collapsible has been specifically designed to cater for Listed Buildings.

The system solves the visual issue of freestanding guardrail. When not in use, it neatly folds down and cannot been seen from floor level. However, when maintenance teams need to erect the system for protection, it is easily folded back into the upright position and fixed using standard stainless steel wing nuts.

Evorail™ collapsible is easy to handle in modular 10mtr sections which are connected together with pre-galvanised sleeves fixed with stainless steel grub screws.

All of the system screw fixings are grade A2 stainless steel, the posts and rails have an extra smooth galvanised finish which is far superior to rival hot dipped products. It’s easier to install with pre-galvanised 2mm tube and has telescopic adjustable legs to compensate for any rise and fall on the roof surface. To help the environment, our 20kg counterbalance weights are made from re-cycled rubber.

Standard Guardrail

Evorail standard is our most popular system. Despite the term “standard” it is far from it, with a 10 degree incline and aesthetically pleasing design, it is in a league above the other standard systems in the UK and international market.

Non-Trip Guardrail

Evorail Non Trip is our latest version and “top of the range” product. It has the sleek lines of our radius range but with shorter counterbalance legs that prevent any possible trip hazard when walking close to the guardrail.

Evorail Front Fix is a bespoke product, generally used when roof space is an issue and a parapet system cannot be used. This system is extremely flexible and can be adapted to provide a solution if our more popular versions cannot be used.

Radius Guardrail

Evorail Radius has proved to be a great addition to the Evorail family. It is a sleek and streamline system with a 925mm curved radius upright, which provides extra protection by keeping people further away from the edge of the roof. The overall aesthetic impact on any building is minimal at worst, enhancing at best.

Front Fix Guardrail

Evorail Front Fix is a bespoke product, generally used when roof space is an issue and a parapet system cannot be used. This system is extremely flexible and can be adapted to provide a solution if our more popular versions cannot be used.

Parapet Guardrail

Evorail Parapet is a unique system which has been developed by our in-house design engineers with their years of experience.It can be used to address a variety of applications, such as; Too much plant or ducting on the roof to allow adequate space for freestanding guardrail.

Temporary Guardrail

Our Temporary Guardrail is aimed at Roofing or Building Contractors and Maintenance Companies. These systems are portable and simple to erect to enable personnel to carry out repairs and construction in a safe protected environment.
